CURE Pharmaceutical Appoints CFO

Alex Katz has worked with seed, early-stage and growth companies in diverse leadership capacities for 30 years

CURE Pharmaceutical has appointed Alex Katz to be the company’s chief financial officer. Bringing his expertise in venture capital, Katz will oversee the company’s financial functions and investment relations.


“Our company is approaching 2019 amidst exponential growth and a clear vision to be a leader in drug delivery innovation,” said Robert Davidson, chief financial officer and chairman of the board of CURE Pharmaceutical. “Alex brings a deep breadth of financial leadership to our growing operations and will be a key addition to our management team.”
 
For 30 years, Katz has worked with seed, early-stage and growth companies in diverse leadership capacities. Recently, he served as a managing partner for ff Venture Capital and Differential Venture Partners, where he handled business management areas including investor relations, human resources and financial planning. As a director at Eventus Advisory Group, he worked with companies, including CURE Pharmaceutical, to establish and achieve financial goals and adhere to corporate governance and regulatory obligations.
